PAINTER MARGRET SHORT
The paintings of the Dutch Old Masters have been a source of inspiration for Margret Short because of their dramatic use of light and shadow. She also prefers materials that have stood the test of time. Her paintings of fruits, flowers, and rich fabrics draw on the traditions of the Renaissance but have a fresh quality of their own.
