Ready and going live! For many months, Sheri Huffman, my brilliant web designer, and I have been collaborating on a new web site/blog design. This has been a true meeting of the minds. Sheri has been at the helm full of ideas, suggestions, samples, templates, colors, font styles, font sizes, font colors, backgrounds, background colors, visuals, formats, designs, placement, composition, and all the other technical issues so important for easy navigation and readability on the Internet.
As you can see, this new ‘State of the Art’ format eliminates the necessity for two separate sites, web and blog. In the future, both are at www.margretshort.com. Just click Margret’s Blog in the upper right hand corner to find new and old postings. Sheri even transferred all the previous blog posts to the new site, images and all.
I know you will find this new site enjoyable, informative, and the navigation effortless. With one click, you will be able to find any topic in the ‘search’ box in the upper right hand corner of the blog site. There will be many more stories on pigments, techniques, artists, paint making, dirt, minerals, gold leaf, copper, masters, history, historical pigments, mythology, ancient cultures, and lots of quirky pigment folklore.
Thanks Sheri, for your hard work, computer wizardry, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
