Dancing Backwards in High Heels More Lessons from Fred and Ginger Part ll
Yesterday’s opening reception was lovely. The entire staff was in attendance, Joe, Krissy, Lynette, and Marilyn too! The guests enjoyed locally made salted chocolate truffles and lemonade throughout the afternoon. So now, as promised, posted are all ten finished paintings in the order the blogs were published along with each source painting used.
You may remember, in Part One at the Spring Unveiling each paintings’ title was the name of a dance popular in the artists’ country of origin in their lifetime. In part two, I have titled each piece the name of a music instrument popular in their country of origin during their lifetime.
Thank you all for following along over the past many weeks watching the progress of the project. Thank you also to all the women artists of the past who hopefully now are a little more known for their astonishing talents than they were before.

As usual , your work shows such detail and beautiful colors. I really enjoyed all this session.
